Pamedo Ventures is a venture capital and proprietary trading firm registered in the DIFC.

We are dedicated to building and developing innovative businesses across life sciences, biotech, longevity, digital assets, and real estate in Europe and the Middle East. Our mission is to build lasting partnerships with portfolio companies, empowering founders and innovators with the resources and expertise needed to realize their full potential.

Pamedo was founded by M.H. Dastmaltchi, a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, and private equity. He became the youngest co-founder of a bank in Germany, which successfully went public in 2007. As a pioneering investor, MHD is focused on cutting-edge sectors such as deep tech, biotech, longevity, and blockchain, with investments in groundbreaking companies like Kreditech, ATAI Life Sciences, and Blackrock Neurotech. A committed philanthropist, he co-founded the Global Citizen Foundation and engages with organizations like the World Economic Forum.

This is all underpinned by our team’s entrepreneurial passion, decades of experience and access to a vast global network of specialists, all to take a team from zero to seed.
